Custom designs are rigorously tested before being approved for use in our test systems or before being released to our customers.In the below, notice the high quality of the layout,printed circuit board ,components and final construction.

All components are neatly laid out and habe their corresponding circuit codes on the silk screen. Solder masks ans plated-through-hole PCB fabrication enhance the reliability of the finished board. There are few sample of what we can do :

Power Control & Sensing Sub Circuit
Utilizing a current transformer this printed circuit board senses the presence of an electric current,thereby indication to the main controller,the on/off condition of the thermostat an electric appliance.

It can be used with an LED as an indicator in calibration thermostats in electric irons.

Programming

Many of our test systems and equipment/product designs are PC or microprocessor based.We have in-house resources experienced in Visual Basic and assembly Language programming to handle the various requirements.As an example,this website has been designed and programmed by our in-house personnel.

Repairing
As a natural extension to the art of building custom test equipment, our engineers are also able to do specialized repair of equipment for which no local support can be found. If you have equipment which is in need of repair but can't find any support for it, don't give up on it before talking to us. Equipment & PCB Rep
There are times when you may have a need to replicate equipment or pcbs where the original manufacturer may no longer support that model or may have gone out of business, as is often the case with many small operations.

We have the capability to copy a machine or pcb on a 'As Per Sample' basis (if no copyright exists) or redesign it on a 'Form, Fit & Function' basis in order to avoid copyright violations.
